This course is designed to meet the language and communication needs of employees, early career seekers and students at all levels who use or want to use English in the workplace. It acknowledges the global nature of modern business, where many professionals regularly carry out tasks in English - whether communicating with colleagues and contacts over the phone, via email, or in person during formal and informal meetings, discussions, and both planned and spontaneous social interactions. The course includes 15 topics and many activities that enable students to engage in a way that is relevant to their roles within their organization. With its 15 units, the course covers a range of engaging topics, providing students with limited work experience a broad introduction to the business world while equipping them with essential communication skills for their future careers.
